LUNCH:  Come early and have a bite to eat, or simply to catch up with colleagues and friends.  The Coffee Club Café is open from 10:00am offering light meals, gourmet sandwiches, salads, all day breakfast and a great selection of coffee and tea.  The Palm Court Bistro is open from 12:00 noon offering Chef's Specials, salads, burgers, vegetarian meals, pasta, Asian and Thai style dishes.

It is our Annual General Meeting and your opportunity to have your say about the running of the Guild, venues for next year, preferred guest speakers etc.  Come and have your say, cast your vote or send your proxy form.  Remember that you must be financial to register your vote.

Guest Speaker : Chris Baxter
     "Breath" - Part II
Chris will discuss Part II of James Nestor's book "Breath" The New Science of a Lost Art. This will be an interactive workshop with breathing exercises.  It is a scientific adventure into the lost art and science of breathing, but many of these new discoveries are not new at all.  How we breathe really matters!  The physical understanding of breathing will lead us to the most important part Energy within the breath.

CPD points will be awarded to practicing members who attend the meeting.

LIBRARY BOOK SALE:
At the conclusion of the guest speaker there will be a library book sale, please bring along your gold coins.  Due to the book sale the library will not be available; if you would like to borrow a particular book please contact our Librarian and she will bring on the day.

We will also have Zoom available for members who are unable to attend, a Zoom link will be emailed one week prior to the meeting.
